Spencers makeup look is the definition of no-makeup makeup so keep everything light and natural for this look. For complexion, start with a colour correcting primer like --- for a more even skin tone. Go in with a full coverage concealer such as Tarte Shape Tape Concealer for coverage without the cake of foundation. Lightly set with a pressed powder like the KVD Vegan Beauty Lock-It Finishing Powder to blot any shine.
Face makeup is up next and is super simple for Spencers look. I recommend using a blush stick like Colourpop Blush Stix and blending with the tips of your fingers for an airbrushed flush of colour. You can even apply some to the corners of your forehead to even out the colour.
