I've never heard of hydrodermabrasion, what is it?

So what's the difference between hydrodermabrasion and microdermabrasion?

How does it all work?
During treatment, a skincare specialist will use a device such as the HydroLux to buff away the dead skin cells using a diamond-shaped exfoliation disc. At the same time, a hydrating cocktail of ingredients that have been tailored to your unique needs is infused into the skin. The process takes between 30-60 minutes to be complete with 60 minutes being the optimal time to receive the best results. A clinician will determine what will work best for your skin's needs and will often recommend a series of treatments spaced several weeks apart. The results are cumulative so expect your skin to keep improving after each treatment.
Can the treatment be used on all skin types?
Although highly effective, Hydrodermabrasion machines are gentle enough to treat almost all skin types, including sensitive ones. Thanks to the fact that the fluid and exfoliating discs used can be customised to address many skin concerns it is a highly versatile treatment.
